Can I use the Creative Cloud on my mobile device?

Yes. Teesside Universityā€™s agreement allows for usage of the Creative Cloud mobile applications such as Sketch. They are available on iOS via the App Store and on Android via Google Play.

How many computers can Adobe Creative Cloud be installed and running on?

You may install and use the software two or more computers. You can remain signed into an app on two computers; however, you can use your app on only one computer at a time.

Some applications, including Premiere Rush, Spark, and others also run on mobile devices, with the ability to share projects and files from one device to another. Mobile app use does not count toward the two-computer limit.

Can I use the Creative Cloud without internet access?

You must connect to the Internet when you want to install Adobe Creative Cloud apps, such as Photoshop and Illustrator. Once the apps are installed on your computer, you donā€™t need an ongoing Internet connection to use the apps.

You can use the apps in offline mode with a valid software license for a limited period. The apps attempt to validate your software license every 30 days. You receive a reminder to reconnect to the Internet to validate your license:

Do I have to store my files in the Adobe Cloud?

No. You can store the files in any location you choose.

What are the benefits of use of Adobeā€™s Creative Cloud?

  • Enhanced learning with the creative cloud
  • Improved digital literacy by using Adobe applications
  • Obtaining transferrable, employable computer skills
  • Being able to use this range of apps to create, edit and design things YOU want to.
