MOSES PROJECT CHRISTMAS APPEAL

Journalism students at Teesside University are hoping to raise £100 for Stockton-based charity The Moses Project.

Moses Project Christmas Appeal

The Moses Project work with vulnerable men who have had trouble with drug and alcohol addiction. The men usually live in chaotic circumstances and are suffering the consequences of long-term self-abuse.

The Moses Project is a self-funded charity which relies on donations to provide food, shelter and activities for those in need.

It provides daily support, mentoring and activities for hundreds of men who have become disengaged from society, perhaps because of their addictions or unforeseen circumstances such as unemployment or mental illness.

In its own words, the Project “provides daily assistance with housing and benefits, introduce clients to positive lifestyles and provide not only one-to-one support but also regular team-building events and activities.”
