Teesside University has invested over £275 million on their campus over recent years, and are committed to investing up to £300 million more by 2026 in an attempt to further enhance the overall experience of all students, staff and partners. As of part of the campus master plan design, the new £13.2 million pound student life building opened in January 2020 this year.

The new student life building is at the heart of the university’s campus bringing all student-facing services together under one roof and has been designed to further improve the overall experience for students here at Teesside.

The building is a technologically-enabled environment, which supports a variety of learning styles and activities. It offers a range of flexible spaces, enabling social and collaborative learning, as well as an information zone, consulting rooms and a pizza orientated restaurant.

The new building will provide information and services to support, inspire and empower students to succeed in their learning and general student life here at Teesside.
