Women take action to make streets safe

This follows the case of Sarah Everard and Sabina Nessa as well as more recently the rise in spiking cases.

Beth McLean from Middlesbrough has joined Womens’ Street Watch to create a campaign to protect females when on nights out.

The page @womensstreetwatch has been a major hit on Instagram with the women in Middlesbrough.

Tuxtra spoke to Beth to find out more.
