Sharon is a Specialist Nurse in Organ Donation and has been for nine years.
She works with families when their relatives are at the end of their life.
Her team is there to offer the option of Organ and Tissue Donation.
They have to gather the information needed for the specific transplant and finds transplant recipients around the country.
