Today we’ve got a brand new easy egg wrap recipe video to share with you, thanks to first year PR and Digital Communications students Sarah Peacock and Carina Gama.

This filling wrap is great for breakfast or lunch, takes less than 5 minutes to prepare and costs less than 70p per portion!  Who says living on a student budget needs to be dull?


For this egg wrap you’ll need:

2 large eggs

1 large wrap of your choice (we used the wheat and white variety)

20g cream cheese

Large handful of baby leaf spinach, washed and dried

Splash of milk

Salt and pepper to season

Drizzle of oil for cooking (we used vegetable oil)

A drizzle of sriracha or other hot sauce to serve (entirely optional, but delicious!)
