COVID-19 has changed the way we currently live here in the UK and also around the world.  Dealing with change and uncertainty can be difficult, often causing stress and anxiety levels to rise.

The World Health Organisation recently released guidance on managing your mental wellbeing in a pandemic.  Their handy leaflet included really useful tips and guidance for helping you maintain mental wellbeing during this unprecedented time.
