BA Games Art
I’m a final year Games Art student with a focus on environment art creation. I have a passion for stylised environments and props and have worked on the skills and pipelines involved through many projects, including my final year project. I strive to improve my skills as much as I can, and I like to enter art competitions and games jams when I can between personal portfolio pieces.
Software and Hardware Proficiencies
I have major experience within Maya, Unreal Engine 4, Zbrush and Substance Painter, while also having some limited knowledge in Substance Designer and Substance Alchemist. I have used these programs in both a stylised pipeline, as well as a couple realism projects.
Employment, Work Experience & Volunteering
I have previously worked at GAME and have had to keep up with current releases along with different technologies such as phones and the different games consoles. This job had me troubleshooting and fixing technical issues and also have knowledge on the games I was selling. I have also play tested for Team 17 and was given an opportunity to look into the end of a development cycle and give my feedback as needed.
In my free time, when not working on portfolio work, I enjoy playing video games, including many MMOs and fantasy/RPGs. DnD is also a passing interest of mine which I have tried to fit into my schedule when I can. I also have interests in plant care and baking which takes up the rest of my time.
