Project Description
Character Creation of the Celtic Zodiacs is an Art Progression book based around my final year project at university. For this project i decided to create 13 characters all based upon the Celtic Zodiacs, also adding in some fantasy and medieval elements. Each character was given an individual zodiac which came along with a name, title and description, by completing all 13 i was able to create my art book showcasing the final paintings. The skills i developed through this project are things such as: clear character development, time management,to produce a variety of iterations, advancing my Photoshop skills, perfecting my rendering techniques.

ABOUT ME
Course: Concept Art, BA (Hons)
Biography
I am a soon to be newly graduated concept artist who specializes in character art. I am a very ambitious person who loves to learn new skills and methods revolving around art which i can apply to my own work to constantly get better. I am comfortable working as an individual or as a team member. Personally i specialise in 2D digitial art, mainly being characters produced in a painterly fashion. My goal for the future is to work within the industry as a character artist, however i would be happy creating any forms of art too.
Software & Hardware Proficiencies
I have experience working with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and PaintTool Sai.
Employment, Work Experience & Volunteering
Though i don’t have direct industry experience i have accepted commissions before doing various small projects for individuals such as logos, character art and splash art etc.
Interests
I am an avid gaming and film fan and find a lot of inspiration for my artwork from the games i play/ films i watch. I get inspired to create character art and splash art pieces which i enjoy creating in my free time.
